Makes 4 pancakes
1 huge banana

1 Mash banana really well with a fork, till it’s a puree with out a huge lumps. Beat aquafaba and stir in to love banana until well mixed.
2 Warmth a non-stick pan and use ¼ of the mix to make each pancake. Either spoon into circles or use a mildew to make a middle shape. Add a number of dollops and drizzles of Meridian Cocoa & Hazelnut butter to pancake once it’s in the pan and swirl with the top of a knife prior to the combination sets.
3 Prepare Dinner for 2-3 mins on both sides on a medium low warmth and serve in an instant with combined berries and extra cocoa and hazelnut butter.
