60 ml liquid egg
1 spoon of Smart Balance oil
1 fresh lemon juice
Half teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Ground purple pepper
In a 250 ml liquid measuring cup that may be utilized in microwave oven
Combine photography liquid egg and oil. Microwave oven for 1 minute
at low heat, stirring once (20%) till oil is comfortable.
Add lemon juice and mustard to beautiful egg aggregate and blend. Microwave for 3 mins on low heat until firm, stirring each 30 seconds. I’ll mix it with training pepper.
