Lizzo shared an empowering clip Tuesday of her self-care routine, showering her stomach with love and praise.

“I started talking to my belly this year. Blowing her kisses and showering her with praises,” the “Good as Hell” crooner, 32, posted to Instagram.

“I used to want to cut my stomach off I hated it so much. But it’s literally ME,” she continued.

In the video, Lizzo is seen holding her stomach, stating, “I love you so much,” and, “Thank you so much for keeping me happy, for keeping me alive.”

The singer said she is “learning to radically love every part of” herself.

“Even if it means talking to myself every morning,” she continued. “This is your sign to love on yourself today!” Lizzo concluded.

Lizzo, who has been candid about body struggles in the past, received a slew of supportive messages from famous fans.

“Affirmations babyyyyy,” supermodel Ashley Graham commented.

“Power,” Erykah Badu wrote.
